Before going to South Korea for a Dermatology consultation, I had encountered all these problems before.

說真的，我剛開始去韓國看皮膚科的時候，根本不知道怎麼選醫生。

網路上的推薦多到眼花，每一個看起來都很厲害，結果選了一家，進去才發現醫生根本沒有自己在看診——全部交給助理搞定，醫生只有最後出來蓋個章。

那次之後我就認真研究了一下，韓國皮膚科選醫生這件事，真的有眉角。

First of all, it is important to understand that Dermatology and Plastic Surgery are completely different disciplines.

很多人去韓國「做醫美」，把皮膚科和整形外科搞混了。

簡單說——

• Dermatology: Laser treatments, hyaluronic acid injections, Botox, Filler, skin care, acne treatment, sensitive skin therapy
• Plastic Surgery: Surgical procedures such as Double eyelid surgery, nose reshaping, and contouring.

你想做的是雷射嫩膚、打水光針這種？就找皮膚科。搞錯了去整形外科諮詢，反而浪費時間。

Before choosing a doctor, take a look at these things first.

1. 執照和專科認證

韓國皮膚科醫生要有皮膚科專科執照（피부과 전문의），不是一般科的醫生跑來兼職做皮膚科。

怎麼確認？進診所的時候直接看牆上的執照框，或是官網的醫生介紹頁，有寫「피부과 전문의」就是對的。

2. 醫生從業年資

剛畢業的住院醫師和做了十年的主治醫師，手感差很多。

年資不是唯一標準，但至少要確認主刀的是有經驗的醫生，不是交給剛入行的助手。

3. 診所接待外國患者的比例

有些診所雖然在首爾江南，但主要客群是韓國本地人，外國人去了溝通很辛苦。

去之前先查一下：官網有沒有英文或中文版、社群媒體上有沒有外國患者的分享、預約時問一下有沒有中英文翻譯。

4. 諮詢態度

好的醫生諮詢的時候會說「你這個狀況不適合做XX」，不好的醫生什麼都答應你——因為他要業績。

諮詢的時候如果感覺醫生一直在推銷、說什麼都可以做、沒有解釋原因，直接換一家。

When reading online reviews, it’s important to approach them in this way to avoid making mistakes.

韓國有幾個常用的評價平台：

• Naver Map: Similar to Google Maps in Taiwan, it relies mainly on local reviews and provides relatively accurate information.
• Gangnam Unni: A specialized platform for medical aesthetics, featuring real patient reviews that show before-and-after results of treatments.
• Babitalk: Offers services in both plastic surgery and Dermatology; ratings and fees are available for reference.

光看Google英文評價不夠，因為很多是觀光客的一次性評價，不代表真實的醫療水準。

要看韓文的Naver評價，加上強南姐姐、Babitalk這些在地醫美社群，資訊才比較完整。

Before going, make sure to clarify these questions thoroughly.

不管你找哪家診所，去之前用LINE或官網預約的時候，可以直接問：

• Who is the performing surgeon? Does he/she hold a professional license in Dermatology?
• Which treatment is suitable for my skin condition? (Let them decide for me, rather than choosing on my own.)
• How are the fees calculated? Are there any hidden costs?
• What precautions should be taken after the procedure? How long is the recovery period approximately?
• If there are any issues after the procedure, how can I contact you?

問了這些問題之後，回答清楚、有耐心的診所，通常服務水準都不會太差。

Ultimately, choosing a doctor is far more important than selecting a clinic.

很多人選診所是看裝潢、看品牌名氣。

但說真的，同一家診所裡不同醫生的技術差距很大。

去之前盡量確認是哪位醫生幫你看診，而不是只知道去「XX診所」。

找對醫生，才是韓國皮膚科體驗好不好的關鍵。
