答案是可以，但不推薦。

熱門診所不預約直接去，等兩三個小時是很正常的事。我上次提前預約，刷進去只等了15分鐘，差很多。

這篇就來說說OKAY皮膚科的預約流程，全部步驟我幫你整理好了。

What is the background of OKAY Dermatology?

OKAY皮膚科（오케이피부과）是韓國的連鎖皮膚科品牌，在首爾有多個據點，以性價比高、項目齊全出名。

主要強項是：

• Laser treatments: Pico, ultra-Pico, IPL, whitening lasers
• Injection-based treatments: hyaluronic acid injections, botulinum toxin, and Filler fillings
• Sound waves/radio waves: HIFU focused ultrasound, radio wave facelift
• Skin care: Acne treatment, Pores improvement, treatments for sensitive skin

外國患者比例很高，有中英文溝通服務，對第一次去韓國做醫美的人很友善。

Reservation Method 1: Online reservation via the official website

這是最推薦的方式，可以在出發前就確定時間。

步驟如下：

1. Visit the official website of OKAY Dermatology and locate the “Reservation” section.
2. Select the location of the clinic (various branches in Seoul)
3. Choose the type of treatment you would like to undergo.
4. Select the date and time.
5. Please provide your name and contact information (you may use a Taiwanese mobile phone number or WhatsApp ID).
6. In the remarks section, please write “Foreign patients requiring Chinese-language consultation”.
7. Confirm the submission and wait for the clinic to confirm it.

通常1-2個工作天內會收到確認訊息，旺季建議提前1-2週預約。

Reservation Method 2: Make a reservation through the official LINE account

OKAY皮膚科有LINE官方帳號，外國患者可以直接用LINE溝通。

操作步驟：

1. Search for “OKAY Dermatology” on LINE or scan the QR Code on their official website to join.
2. Send your reservation request in Chinese or English, specifying the treatment you would like to undergo and the desired date and time.
3. The customer service will provide you with a list of available time slots to choose from.
4. After confirmation, a reservation confirmation message will be sent.

LINE預約的好處是可以用中文溝通，直接問問題也方便。

Reservation Method 3: Telephone reservation

如果臨時決定要去，可以直接打電話。不過語言是個問題，建議先問一下有沒有中文接待，或是用翻譯軟體輔助。

比起電話，更建議用LINE或官網，有文字記錄比較保險。

Before you go, make sure to check these things.

• Bring your passport: In South Korea, clinics usually require foreign patients to register using their passports.
• Arrive early: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time, as filling out the consultation form takes some time.
• Go without makeup: If you are going to undergo laser treatments or skin care procedures, it is best to go without makeup or only apply basic moisturizer – avoid wearing any makeup at all.
• Confirm the costs: Consult after the appointment to determine the detailed cost breakdown before deciding which treatments to undergo.
• Postoperative arrangements: After some laser treatments, there may be mild redness; therefore, it is advisable not to schedule too many activities on the same day.

The process on-site is roughly as follows.

1. Report at the counter, present your passport, and confirm your reservation.
2. Fill out the consultation form (available in Chinese).
3. Wait for your number to be called before entering the consultation room.
4. The doctor or nurse will assess the skin condition and recommend suitable treatments.
5. After confirming the fees, the treatment can be proceed.
6. After the surgery, the nurse explained the necessary precautions and handed out post-operative care products.
7. Proceed with payment and confirm the next appointment (if necessary).

整個流程順暢的話，大概1-1.5小時可以完成。

預約好了，剩下的就是放心去就好。
