甜颜小慢 Flores皮膚科這個名字，是朋友去首爾之前推薦給我的。
她說：「不誇張，做完水光針隔天皮膚亮到自己都嚇到。」
我當然半信半疑，但還是在規劃行程的時候把它排進去了。結果親身體驗之後，我完全理解她說的那個感覺了。
這篇來聊聊Flores皮膚科的預約流程，還有一些去之前你需要知道的事。
Which hospital has the Flores Dermatology department?
Flores皮膚科（플로레스피부과）位於首爾，以精緻的皮膚管理和注射類療程聞名。
診所規模不大，但醫生的口碑很穩定，特別是在外國患者圈子裡，日本、台灣、香港客人都不少。
主打項目：

診所的特色是醫生會親自做諮詢，不是只派助理出來，這點讓很多患者覺得被重視。
Reservation Method 1: Private message on Instagram
這是外國患者最常用的方式，也是Flores最主要的對外溝通管道。
步驟：
- Search for the official account of Flores Dermatology on Instagram.
- Send a private message and indicate in English or Chinese the treatment you would like to undergo, the planned visit date, and the number of people participating.
- The other party usually replies within 1 to 2 days to confirm the available time for the appointment.
- After selecting the time, the other party will send a confirmation message; save the screenshot.
私訊的時候建議直接說清楚需求，例如：「我想做水光針，下週四下午兩點可以嗎？有中文服務嗎？」問得越清楚，溝通越順暢。
Reservation Method 2: Reservations via KakaoTalk
KakaoTalk是韓國最主流的通訊軟體，類似台灣的LINE。
步驟：
- Download KakaoTalk and apply for an account (registration is possible via email).
- Search for the KakaoTalk ID of Flores Dermatology or scan the official QR Code.
- Send a reservation message specifying the details of the service, the date, and the language requirements.
- Take a screenshot and save it after confirmation.
如果你本來就有KakaoTalk，這個方式最方便。沒有的話，用IG私訊就夠了。
Reservation Method 3: Naver Reservation
Flores有在Naver上線預約系統，對能看韓文或用翻譯工具的人來說是最快的方式。
步驟：
- Search for “Florace Dermatology” on Naver.
- Click the “예약” button.
- Select the project, date, and time.
- Fill in basic information (name, phone number).
- Upon completing the reservation, the system will send a confirmation message.
Before going to Flores, there are a few details you should pay attention to.
素顏或淡妝去
做皮膚管理或雷射類項目，最好不要帶妝進去。如果當天有其他行程，可以做完之後在診所補妝，護理師通常不介意。
提前告知膚況問題
如果你有敏感肌、曾經過敏、或是正在使用A酸等特殊保養品，預約的時候就先說。讓醫生提前知道，才能幫你規劃最適合的療程。
費用確認在諮詢時進行
Flores的費用不是固定套餐，醫生會根據你的膚況和需求給出建議和報價。諮詢完確認費用再決定，不要有壓力。
術後當天避免激烈運動和熱水
做完水光針或雷射，當天不要泡溫泉、不要做激烈運動。這個是基本術後注意事項，但很多人在韓國玩太開心，忘了。
What is it like to have a hands-on experience on-site?
我自己去的那次，預約了水光針和皮膚管理。
進去之後先填問診表，等了大概十分鐘，醫生進來先看我的皮膚，問了幾個問題，然後說：「你的膚況做水光針OK，但建議搭配保濕療程，效果會更持久。」
沒有硬推，有解釋原因。這點讓我覺得很舒服。
整個療程大概一個半小時，出來的時候皮膚水潤到我自己都忍不住照了很多次鏡子。
那種感覺，你去了就會懂。
